Hi! Do you also like to hit things that make cool sounds? I think we would get along. Percussive instruments of any sort is my passion, and it brings a smile to my face anytime I can share that joy of music with others. I contextualize technique within music to always encourage creativity and breathe life into even the most menial of exercises. I also consistently provide new materials, ideas, challenges, and inspiration to help my students build their arsenal of drumming awesomeness. I hope that the work we do together builds a lifelong connection to the art of percussion, whether that be in a jazz trio, symphony orchestra, Metal band, or a percussion ensemble. all of these examples have inspired be to play my heart out, and I know that they will do the same for you.
