As a teacher I facilitate and demonstrate concepts to learners this ensure that the learners get to know what they need to do. This two styles help to enhance there critical thinking. I explore the use student centered approach of teaching and this enable them to achieve more as per there potential. In my teaching I apply the three D's that is directing to ensure learners are able to listen and follow directions, discussing and delegating.This has enable me achieve more with the learners as they are always engaged this making them to attentive whenever a concept is being learnt.I ensure that the learner is able to do at least a question from the concept learnt before moving to the next one.This ensures that the learners are at per with the teacher and therefore no more deviation of score from the top to students and the others
