I tailor my teaching style depending on students learning style I adopt and modify my teaching strategies. For young students mostly it is play way learning, and experiential learning style for every student, incorporating sensory stimulus and concrete and realistic learning with relatable examples. Giving students actual and facts based knowledge and honing their holistic skill sets, instead of just focusing on their deficit areas. My teaching methodology evolves with encouraging trail and error, inquiry based learning in my students. Being a teacher and watching students pace their way to grow and hone their skills and concepts gives me immense motivation to work with more compassion.
