I like interacitve teachng, where the student is engaged. We share knowledge and enrich one another. The use of graphics where possible and practical examples is mostly applied. Students can ask questions at point during the lesson.
Assignments and group work for large classes are good tools of evaluation. Sharing the results of an assignment helps students improve on their week areas. Student presentations further demonstrate knowledge and skills acquired.
I am able to quickly create a rapport with students which eases the class atmosphere and makes it conducive for learning. After class interactions are a clear indication of continuous learning and the liberty that thrives in the academic journey.
