I very much enjoy using the learner centered methods of learning in which the expository approach is used enhancing students with vast knowledge and confidence about the subject matter. Project works and the DSS approach can't leave the student with the same level of understanding. Problem solving skills and peer working equips the students with a number of experiences applicable in daily life making learning real and meaningful to the student. Having group discussions and interactions about the subject matter makes learning enjoyable, giving drastic experiences and knowledge to the students.

The results are just proportional to the effort rendered, the more the effort, the higher the result hence it's a collaborative effort for both the teacher and the trainee.
Continuous assessment and reinforcement of learning concepts with the students ensures mastery of ideas hence an appropriate tool to bring good results from students that I employ. Having persistence and tolerance to all learning challenges has made me the greatest teacher ever as it makes me have better grades from students.

Interpersonal skills such as behavior management, testing and assessment, team working still prove my potential to transform student from the base to greater heights.
The vast experience in handling several learners both at local and international level gives me an exposure to the cross cultural approach of learning a key factor in meeting the multi racial education needs of learners. Meeting the organization goals as borne by the stake holders through devoiding work comprises continue to make me the best candidate to work with.
