I am a dynamic, self-driven, and detail-oriented Bachelor of Commerce graduate with sound knowledge of the recruitment and selection, administration, and people management aspect of human resource functions in an organization. My skill set includes multitasking, managing employee relations, research, compliance, recruiting and interviewing job applicants, updating job requirements, managing new employee onboarding, dealing with training activities, as well as maintaining employee recordings and paperwork. Additionally, I possess a deep understanding of general human resource policies and procedures, knowledge of employment law, and HR management software.
