I m a professional yoga teacher and fitness trainer working for more than 2 years in the field of yoga .
I provide group, and personal online yoga classes for any level of students (i.e, beginners, intermediate, advance) and also therapeutic yoga classes for any disease.
My teaching style is very effective and easy to understand, with easy tricks for the special pose, proper worm up before performing any perticular asana .
We provide meditation once in a week so that our clients can also get spiritual happiness and could get mental relax and calm. Thus we provide you holistic health.
