Simplicity in explanations of terminologies and content of a topic.
Adoption of mother-tongue in explanations (where needed).
Mid-way centred approach, not students or teacher centred approach but an interactive session between the teacher and the students.

As a passionate educator, counselor, I motivate and coach students on life and choosing of course of study base on trait exhibited by them and some other visible factors.
Have been privilege to coach students and being in Nigeria higher institutions and foreign universities where they are doing fine and excellently well based on the strong foundation they had.
Exploration is also what I do, I love to learn also from my students on their exposure and dealings.
