Dynamic, focussed and result oriented, I have experience, qualifications, accomplishments to back me up and to take a vision forward of training the next generation. Creating a disciplined and learned community is the highest on my priority list. Long tenure in the ICG has exposed me to challenging roles across a wide array of verticals. An Operations specialist by qualification, I have dedicated experience in Operations, portfolios management, policy making/ strategic thinking, research & analysis, training, HRM, CSR, administration and event management. ​
Diversity in career profile enabled me to experience unique opportunities and perform in interesting settings beyond ICG, in joint services set up, Govt of India, semi-governmental and national/ international maritime world. I have demonstrated ability to successfully undertake diverse and specialised roles beyond core competency.
