Am a trained teacher who who applies learning approaches depending with my learners/ leaner. I know where leaner centered approach is applied and where it isn't, engaging learners in my class is my priority when teaching. I always ensure that I assign my learners at the end of the lesson to gauge there understanding capability because I teach with objectives. These technique has made me produce good results . These has made me great because learners feel always to be close to me just for consultations because by the end I must hit my target.
