Being a teacher i focus on learning by doing that is having aids and purely making learning learner centered. My methods of teaching are varied and from content to content and also matching the current issues. I am result oriented for this gives me a feedback on my delivery and production. I focus on giving my best as teaching for me is just what I love. Motivation has really worked well for me. Motivating pupils in whichever situations just to ensure that they don't give up. Being a true role model for the learner is my priority.
