I believe everyone is unique in their own way, this helps me when dealing with my students. I go according to their pace and try to teach with patience so that learning can take place.
I do not believe in rushing students because of individual differences. I also believe in using divers methods to gain students' attention while teaching is ongoing. Discipline is necessary as a teacher as well. I give myself pep talks before I teach so that I do not over react or react in an unpleasing manner if a student does something I do not like.
