I encourage Autonomous Suppotive teaching style where teachers encourage autonomy, independence, and self directed learning. This provides support, positive feedback and opportunities for student's choice. Students feel empowered and motivated to expore topics deeply and profoundly.

Also, I support Inquiry based learning where students learn by exploring and discovering by various ppts videos. Students feel free to ask any query or doubt that sparks students motives and interests and motivates them to investigate them further. This improves the research and critical skills of students.
This creates a Supportive Environment, promotes Curosity and Exploration and balances structure and flexibility among a teacher and the students.

A blend of innovative teaching methods, passion, effective communication, adaptability, lifelong learner and having student centered approaches makes me a great teacher. The use of presentations, pictures, videos makes the concept easily understandable and memorable. Also, having a great communication skills between a teacher and the student makes the environment more positive and grasps the concepts more efficiently and memorable for longer duration.

Also, remember greatness in teaching isn't about perfection ;its about continuous improvement and making a positive impact on students.
