A primary school teacher with many years of experience. I am presently retired but tired. During my years of service, I was able to manage a classroom of more than 40 children. I was also the head of department for nursery and primary section, a position I held till retirement.
During my teaching days as a classroom teacher, I created several teaching aids and methodologies to improve classroom participation and improve grades. It was also encouraging and motivated to attend to pupils and aid their growth.
Though retired, a teacher is always a teacher.
To create pupil's interest in the class, I provide analogies, group activities and prepare teaching plans that facilitate classroom participation.
To test pupil's understanding on the lesson taught, I give one or two questions based on the topic as class evaluation, and i go round to mark and make corrections where necessary.
At the end of the lesson pupils are given Home work to be done at home. The home work important for continuity after the days work at school.

    4. Developing pupil's interest in mathematics.
    5. Planning and creating teaching materials.
