Learning is more important than the marks.But I think marks doesn't depend upon the intelligence.It depend on the person 's hardwork.Enjoying study is the most important thing.In class between 40 to 60 students it is sometime hard to understand the topic also to ask doubts.So that's why one can think about the private tutor concept.I normally try to teach the way in which every student can understand the topic . Also beside study moral values are important. So as a teacher it is my responsibility to teach them the moral value .
Also as I think that the most important thing in online study is it's flexibility.We can teach and student can learn anywhere anytime.
