Myself Asha, a certified yoga trainer from past one and a half year having an experience of conducting group classes and one on one classes to the clients.
I have completed Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from SJMIT Karnataka. I have worked 8+ years for Suzlon Energy Limited in various roles, latest being Technical Manager. I have had a career break for 3 years and my inclination towards yoga started while I was dealing with postpartum depression and health related issues.
Having a passion to explore more about YOGA, I have undergone YIC certification from SVYASA, Bangalore which is one of the renowned yoga university across the world.
Recently I completed my TTC certification too from Light of the Self Foundation recognised by Karnataka Sanskrit University.
As yoga is a beautiful combination of both arts and science,by inculcating kriyas that are recommended in Hatha Yoga Pradeepika and by streamlining their daily practices,
one can definitely come out of life miseries and develop themselves in a more constructive way.
Developing my proficiency in Hatha yoga, Astanga yoga, Yoga philosophy and Meditation, I assure the practitioner to lead a more productive and stress free lifestyle.
