I am a passionate Yoga practitioner currently teaching yoga in school. Have pursued PG Diploma in Yoga education ( 1000 + hours) from Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala and also YCB level -3 certified.Yoga has given me a lot of physical and mental benefits and made me a better person. Excited to share my experience and help people bring positive change in their life.
Can teach asana, pranayama and shudi kriya technique. Classes are for anyone who is a beginner to intermediate in Yoga looking for a traditional Hatha Yoga class for flexibility and strength, physical or mental health improvement, better life style or overall personal development.
