I have been teaching for 10 years online to foreigner aging 4 years old and up.
In this position, I will assess student needs that will base on their performance or need based analysis and put into consideration student's preferences.
I will utilize e-learning platform to deliver video or online classes upload and assign reading materials that could be helpful for the student/s.
Furthermore,I will facilitate engaging or interactive discussions on the class to keep students interest while honing their communicative skills.
I just don't teach the lesson but I want to nurture every student that I have.
