I am teaching management sciences subjects from last 9 years at the University level. Subjects such as Human resource Management, principles of management, recruitment selection and training and business communication. I am near PHD completion and in this degree I have done rigorous research. I can guide my studies regarding their research work as well as assignments and presentations. Furthermore, I always try to teach subject topics from practical point of view and on an easy manner. My approach is student friendly as to give enough space to student to express his/her thoughts. I also motivate students to explore other avenues, so that out of box thinking can benefit them in a supreme way. By the grace of Almighty Allah, my students are now on executive positions in good companies as well as some are also doing their own business. To conclude this, I will say teaching is an art and any person who want to have this art must have sound communication skills as well as grip on subjects, so that students can learn the essence of the topic in most effective and efficient way.
