I use to make conceptual notes of the chapter through diagrams and try to make a picture that gets imprinted easily in student's mind.
I used to make students complete all of the exercise in the book as well as after completing a single text book,I used to prefer other text books to make the process more adaptable and a learning that is unforgettable.
I try to teach students in healthy competition environment focusing on personal as well as mentally prepared growth to face future challenges.
I even used to contact parents on monthly basis to keep a track on student's performance and any of the needs for being a teacher.
I allow students to ask questions multiple times so that they have no doubts at home.
I personally believe a strong companionship between a student and teacher can make any student,a class topper,it only depends on the number of hours,you keep doing the practice for that subject.
