I will personally investigate student's current knowledge in relevant subject, their capacity to gain new knowledge, their preferences, and learning style. According to those I will proceed with teaching because each and every student need separate teaching style to gain the best. With a strong foundation of knowledge in my subject area and effective communication skills, I strive to create inclusive and engaging learning environment, where students feel guided, supported and motivated. With my current experience and adaptability to change the teaching method according to each student make me a teacher who can guide to the development of students. Within these 5 years of my career non of my students got failed while 86% of students received grade "A".
