I believe every learner has the potential to exceed. I use different techniques and methods in teaching to make a learner understand a specific concept at hand.
I acknowledge the learner weakness and work on it to a point of yes I can. I believe every learner has different abilities and capabilities.
The interaction that I have of teaching different types of learners in different levels that is from secondary level to primary level has given me a lot experience in teaching.
I am patient teacher who never give up to my learners. I make sure that my learners succeed with my effort, theirs and parents.
It all takes team work, effort and sacrifice.
