I always use interactive methods while giving lectures,eager to help whenever needed, try to clear everything. Make the students comfortable in class.All the lectures will be point wise and proper understandable.Students can express their opinion and judgement without fear.There will be proper communication between teacher and students.As a Teacher I can shape the minds of others and encourage them to think independently.Students will feel interested in learning by fostering a positive and supportive.I also used to create lesson plans well before each class day and create a daily objective for students everyday.
