I am a teacher who incorporates interactive activities like educational games to make learning engaging and effective, along with successfully implementing project-based learning to enhance critical thinking skills in students. I believe that teaching is more of a calling. Therefore I believe in both process and products/ results. I also believe in learning to do by doing therefore I imbibe learner centered method of teaching.I have been able to help a boy once written off academically to write common entrance in grade 4 and came second. I’ve tutored him for almost 3 years now in College and he keeps getting better and confident in his abilities by the day. Finally, I don’t believe that any child is a dullard, they just need the right people and environment to help the genius in them find expression.
