I am Dr Himanshi Rana MDS oral and maxillofacial surgeon very much well versed with theoretical and practical knowledge, for me my and my students practical knowledge is more important than theory, offcourse theory is Important but I my career and personal experience hand work is more appreciated than what's in your brain. Budding surgeon should know basics and should be hard working to learn through experience and surroundings. My teaching style would be easy but sometimes strict too as surgeons have to be focused and self disciplined. All the best to the upcoming maxillofacial surgeons.
