I am yoga instructor done Diploma in Yoga Study from Himachal Pradesh University Shimla with very well experience of 5 years with many yogis of Himachal Pradesh. I am providing both private yoga classes and online yoga classes, for groups, personal, couples and kids also. I am expert in Hatha yoga, Power yoga, Meditation, yoga nidra, kids yoga and Mudrha. Apart from this I have done PhD in Geography from Kumaun University Uttarakhand, I have attend National and International level conferences. I have received International Award from German research centre for Geosciences in September 9, 2019 at berlin Germany
