As a teacher, my impact on students’ lives is profound. My approach, is taking a central role and deliver information in a structured manner. I demonstrate concepts, often using examples or practical applications. I Encourage active learning and participation. I also engage students through demonstrations thus this foster understanding.
I combine various teaching methods adapting to students’ needs and content requirements. I am flexible and versatile. At the same time, I guide students in their learning process encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving and collaboration. My love language is empowering students to develop lifelong learning skills.
I do give tasks and responsibilities to students. This Promotes independence and self-directed learning. It also encourages autonomy and builds student confidence. Aside from that, I am an excellent communicator who enhances understanding and engagement. I use relatable examples and encourage student questions. I have a mastery of content matter and I motivate students. I am patient and empathetic and understand students’ challenges and emotions. Patience fosters a positive learning environment.

I organize awareness campaigns to educate community members about the benefits of inclusive education. Through my media networks, I collaborate to share success stories of Deaf students thriving in mainstream classrooms. I have been advocating for policy changes that would promote inclusive education. I have proposed funding for sign language interpreters, teacher training and accessible resources.
