First, I'm going to understand the English knowledge or level of the student, also will understand what is the best method to teach them, because English is a secondary language, so, the method, learning style, teaching style going to makes a native connection on that language. Teaching will succeed only about the results, its a win win situation. I'm really focusing to give a full knowledge and the result. i include lot of paper works, assignments, exams, videos, books, also i can create an English community environment to develop our speaking skills. most importantly, i will teach typing skills in a proper method. English is not only about grammar its depending on grammar, vocabulary, listening, writing, speaking and make sure to focusing on environment.
