I feel like having good behaviour with your students is the first step in solving their problem. I usually develop concepts regarding some topic and after that i develop the habit of reading book among my students so that they might ask me about any confusion. Mostly, My students have secured 90% plus(A grade) marks in their exams. I try to inculcate each and every required concept among my students from easy level to the hard level. This helps them to prepare well for the exams. Most important, i motivate them as it helps them to gown in a better way.
