My teaching style is more practice than theoretical .
I believe in personally connecting with the students and rather the the teaching further from there . My methods are usually fun based rather than strict and boring.
What makes me a good teacher is I belief in imparting 100% to my students and also understanding their mental level and skills . I don’t push or force them to complete the course . I only move ahead once their concept of the previous lesson is clear.
Talking about phonics I have got a great feedback from the parents of the students
