I work on the ability to build the strenght for dancing and more for creative dance. Everyone is dancing but i work on creativness and improvisation so that each student can learn the self dancing. Teaching then to express themseleves and work on emotions and stories. Exercises and streching help to control your body for dance and the control is very important in dancing so i more focus of body flexiblity and strenght so that they can do dance with more perfection it help student to keep on dancing ahead.
