I am a certified teacher, I direct, delegate and discuss with students on subjects content. This yield a positive results on my students by their parents who came to thank me that either their child are performing well or they passed in that particular subject. I used student centered approach depending on the content.
A great teacher is someone who doesn't give up on a student until a positive outcome is achieved, that is what makes a great teacher because everyone can be brought to teach and to learn, and having a positive minds to achieve the purpose of the teaching without bullying the learner and without compromising.
