Teaching is a way that nurtures the young minds to understand the science behind our living and the connection with nature. My passion of teaching is to make the students learn and understand the subject without them thinking its hard, boring or difficult. Learning will give them the confidence to reanalyze themselves through exams without feeling the burden/fear of exams. We can improve their memory of learning the concepts through repeated practices called as assignments, presentations, quiz, group discussions, which not only makes them strong in the concept but also encourages them to be bold and builds the confidence to approach anyone about it. Also we can bring out the creative ideas from them which makes the class more lively and interactive by discussing their doubts and I being a helping hand for their growth and for their solid knowledge on the subject. I feel result is the outcome of knowledge and learning of their understanding of the subject, more than just mugging up the concepts and writing it. As learning will lead them to good future while mugging up is the short memory which might make them suffer in future. My only aim of teaching is to make students learn, as technology and knowledge has improved a lot, so are the students and to make them stand strong the subject, I would try my best to make them understand. For me as a teacher I would want my students to go home everyday learning something if not everything, out of every class and become better everyday. Also I would strive to become better as well, as every single class teaches me something too...
