I make sure my students understand the concept and I'll explain my classes with real life examples to relate what's been taught. I always prefer interactive based learning. I have produced cent percent results in my college every semester. I don't make my students to memorize I'll make them understand that's why I am able to produce cent percent results as mentioned above. I'll engage my students with lots of case studies and research articles then and there. Apart from teaching I'll give importance to inculcating values as a part of harmonic learning.
