I listen to my student, to understand where they have issues and always give work to know if the child understands and I always make sure to go back to a subject taught for better understanding and always give weekly and daily assessment to know the level of understanding. I always make the child feel comfortable inorder to know that there is fun in learning and always make sure there is no fear in the child and I always make sure the environment is very conducive for the child to learn
