Responsibilities:

Create dynamic and interactive online lessons that bring learning to life and cater to the unique needs of virtual learners.
Foster a supportive and inclusive online learning environment where students feel valued, motivated, and excited to participate.
Utilize cutting-edge technology and digital resources to deliver engaging multimedia content and enhance the online learning experience.
Provide personalized feedback and support to students through virtual communication channels, including email, chat, and video conferencing.
Collaborate with fellow educators and instructional designers to develop innovative online curriculum and instructional materials.
Stay current with trends and best practices in online education and incorporate new technologies and teaching strategies into your virtual classroom.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in teaching
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with students in a virtual setting.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives, regardless of geographical barriers.
Flexibility, creativity, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving virtual learning environment.
