With the experience as a teacher, I have came to know that the intrest and understanding of each student is the most important thing for studying anything. A teacher must be a friend of the students first which makes the students to ask all the doubts as well as for sharing the problems that comes during studies. By making the students understand each and everything we can make them regular for the classes. Another essential thing which a student suffer is the lack of practice and revision.
Keeping in the views of each and every students pros and cons a teacher must work upon it. While teaching we find that some students are very slow and in these types of situations we must motivate them again and again that they can do it. There are 5 essential steps for a better teaching that includes:--
# UNDERSTANDING:Understanding the topic very clearly without any confusion and doubts.
#REGULARITY: Making the students regular attentive.
#FUN: Using different techniques and mind exercises while teaching to make them enjoy the study.
# PRACTICE: By making them practice again and again we can make them perfect.
#SOLVING QUESTION : By solving different questions as well as previous year question paper will help them to combat from the fear of exams.
