Teaching is an art. I believe to teach I a way that student don't need to memorise again and again. Students should be clear of topic and have proper concept of that particular topic. Teaching with clinical experience, which I have about 12 years of clinical experience in pediatrics.
As pediatrics is my passion and have long clinical experience, so my students always have fair knowledge about the topic which they go through.
Short but comprehensive lectures are the need of time, always try to teach my students with tables and diagr9.
