I strongly believe in imbibing curiosity in the students rather than just transferring the knowledge. With my experience, I will find out my students' learning styles and needs. Next, I will define clear and achievable learning outcomes for each course. As a teacher I always keep myself in the position of a student while preparing for every class, will try to bring the best out of it, with required schematics, flow diagrams, keywords, definitions, and applications. Using presentations, and videos, courses will be taught in detail. I will implement various formative assessment techniques to monitor student progress and understanding.
