I am not a criticizing teacher .If the child doesnt understand something. I just change my approach as to how I can convey the concept more clearly. This way the child doesnt have to fear of getting something wrong.
I am quite patient in my interactions with kids. And kids who have learnt with me have always told me that I take a genuine interest in them. And most of the time they enjoy the process of learning with me so much so that they are ready to go beyond their comfort zone.
