Teaching is devotion to knowledge where I assure knowledge with action,the ability to work independently,bring awareness, being perspicacious,contribute in society, I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic, respectful.As a teacher we can get easily get respect From students if they would feel respected first.I use concrete method of teaching instead of following traditional oral teaching . I Incorporate technology in my teaching to make it more effective. I always follow general to specific approach to make the student connected to the concept.It is important for teachers to monitor each student's performance. Some students may require more structure than others, so a directing style is appropriate.
