- first of all when i take lecture of canditate then i was thinking myself as a candidate and then i prepare my content
- so candidate understand the content and lectuer of concepts
- but i have lots of experience so i take lecture based on students
- if students are fast learner then i will give him/her new task which are relavant to industry and which used in company
- also i will show project based content so it's help how the concept work in project based in industry need
- but mostly students or candidate not understand concept of full-stack then i will give a real life example like what is array
- then i give example of Train or banch or queue in movie theater so student or candidate understand the scenario or grab the concept and implement in project
- During the lock-down, i take lots of lectures and students understand confidently, if there are something mismatch then i revise the whole lectures till student not get it
- i also sure that students or candidate satisfaction is my first goal
