Teaching styles depend on subject taught, students’ age and grade, and desired student outcomes. With careful detailed planning, we can create engaging lessons that encourage student, interest, participation, and involvement. Some teaching strategies might include small group problem solving, read arounds, write arounds.
To give the student the ability to feel part of the process. Instead of just explaining and giving away information that they will only try to memorize, we will alter the method by making them more active in the matter. Nevertheless, that doesn’t mean all of the classes shall be that way, there’s a time and space for each situation, some topics depending of their complexity can be suitable or not for this style. Second, if we are going to make our style as a competition, or to make an ambient in which competition may arise, don’t let student fall back, we have to always achieve the same goal but need to respect their tempo, it can be improved, but it will never improve if it is the reason it demotivates the student. Third, let them develop their social skills.
