I have completed Diplomas in Engliah,Ict and also in HRM at university of Colombo.Currently I am a third year student of university of Sri Jayawardhanepura and this is my final year.I am following a degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. I am conducting tuition classes since 2 years.As a teacher, I prioritize active learning by engaging students through discussions, group activities, and hands-on projects. Additionally, I provide regular feedback and encourage self-assessment to foster a growth mindset and accountability.By tailoring lessons to students' interests and abilities, providing clear explanations, and offering constructive feedback, I cultivate a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and engaged.my goal is to empower students to become independent learners and critical thinkers who are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
