I completely focus on two way leaning process.I make students observe, learn and experiment (practice) things by their own instead of dictating them. My students are supposed to use their creative skills along with hardwork. This enhances their skills as well as they can easily broaden their canvas of life, sprinkles vibrant colors through their own choices. This methodology not only lead them to better results but also boost their confidence. This concept of providing food for thought sharpens the minds of students and make them critically analyse things and extract seeds of understanding from them.
