I am a university student at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. I am studying Mathematics and Economics. I have had experience working in a tuition centre where I assisted tutors in running the classroom by assisting students with their work and marking their assignments and assessments. I am very flexible in my teaching methodology as I recognise each student is unique and requires their own system of understanding and learning. I like to encourage students to be independent in their learning. This way they can become more self-sufficient in their studies. This will provide them with skills that can carry with them for the future as they will learn effective revision methods for themselves which will benefit them in various aspects of life. With my experience surrounding the GCSE and A-Level curriculum, I know the tips and tricks which helped me get an A* in A-Level mathematics, an A in A-Level further mathematics and the highest grades possible for GCSE mathematics, further mathematics and additional mathematics. This will help simplify the exam process for them. I hope you see that my skills and experience will be a valuable asset in the online tutoring role.
