I believe teaching and learning are two interdependent and interconnected processes. Hence as a teacher I am always focussed on the individual learning capabilities of students. I always modify my teaching depending upon slow or fast learning pace. I prefer to use diagrammatic representations, charts or audio visual techniques that are really helpful to clarify the subject matter concepts as well as building up student’s interest and confidence. I evaluate student’s understanding by taking assessments at regular intervals ( at least 2 tests in a month). By this type of teaching technique my students usually get a good score in their exam and mostly they feel confident on their knowledge and understanding of the subject.
