I was an Assistant Professor at the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) teaching Religious Education subjects to college students since 2000. Aside from doing classroom instructions, I collaborated with the Religious Education Department (RED) to shape the curriculum, make modules, craft lesson plans and activities, and create enhancement programs for the holistic formation of the students. In 2016, I transferred to the University Lasallian Family Office (ULFO) as a formator where I facilitated the retreats and recollections of students and the different formation programs for the adult members of the academic community. My responsibilities included crafting the formation programs for students, faculty, administrators, and staff and other religious and spiritual activities. In 2018, I assumed the role of the Director of the ULFO where I supervised the planning, implementation, management, documentation, and evaluation of various student and adult formation programs. The position also entailed expertise in general office operations and the capacity to oversee staff and provide training sessions as necessary. In both offices and capacities, I was active in the university’s various volunteer and extension programs, especially in the area of holistic development of both student and adult learners.
