As a Prospective Teacher, my passion for English and Marathi is unmatched.
Even though I'm here for (Primary) small children I think I'm more comfortable with them and it feels so good when small children learn from me and I feel that this is the age where in with academics, good speaking skills and writing skills should also be implemented.
In my teaching methodology, I emphasize active learning and student engagement.
I always think about how I teach and change it if needed, based on what my students tell me and how well they do.
I use different ways to check how well my students are learning, like giving them regular tests, letting them assess each other, and asking them to think about their own learning.
When I give my best as a teacher, I see students not only mastering academic concepts but also developing essential life skills such as critical thinking, communication, and collaboration and With 100% effort invested in teaching, I observe students overcoming challenges, and becoming lifelong learners.
When students learn something valuable from me, I feel proud and fulfilled. Seeing their progress fills me with joy and satisfaction. It motivates me to keep teaching and making a positive impact on their lives.
