Hi,

I'm Anikesh, a graduate with Honors in Geography from the University of Delhi. Previously, I pursued my civil services aspirations as a student at Vajiram and Ravi, Old Rajinder Nagar New Delhi, where I acquired a comprehensive understanding spanning various disciplines, from psychology to geopolitics, and from history to constitutional studies and politics. My teaching approach aims to cover subjects from their fundamentals to advanced levels, facilitating thorough comprehension and optimizing performance in examinations.

My primary objective is to foster sustained dialogue, encourage asking questions, and provide clarity to establish a broad understanding. I integrate quick quizzes, tasks, and home assignments into the curriculum to promote interactive learning and stimulate interest in the subject matter, thereby enhancing overall performance. Additionally, I ensure that concise bullet-point notes are available for efficient revision, enabling students to maximize their study time effectively.

Recognizing the importance of motivation, I employ appreciation and rewards as tools to uplift student morale. I firmly believe that disciplinary measures such as punishment and ridicule have no place in effective teaching, as they diminish students' self-esteem and impede their growth.
